The Gulf of Poets

This tour includes the departure, from our office, for Portovenere, a pearl of the Gulf of Poets, these places were much loved by poets and writers such as Shelley, Byron, Petrarca and Montale, therefore we will stop for a visit of the village and we’ll admire the Doria Castle and the famous Church of San Pietro.

After that, we will circumnavigate the Palmaria and Tino Islands where the wild nature overlooks the sea, with swimming breaks at will. You’ll have the chance to experience the cuisine of the Palmaria Island and break for lunch in one of the restaurants there. Before going back, a swimming stop in different bays is expected.

During coastal navigation, you’ll also admire Punta Bianca, Punta Corvo, Tellaro, Lerici, Fiascherino and numerous coves accessible only by sea.

Our captain reserves the right to change the program due to adverse weather conditions and boat traffic.

By renting a rubber dinghy with a boat license, you may also reach Levanto, Santa Margherita and Portofino.
